Culture

Omega Veterinary Group is focused on providing excellent care with a team culture of collaboration and respect. We are looking for individuals who want to be inspired and in turn are looking to inspire others with hard work, dedication and an honest love to treating and helping pets.

The corporate structures are leading to burnout, compassion fatigue and are taking a stronghold in our industry. We at Omega Veterinary Group are determined to create something different with real people to find real solutions. Omega Veterinary Group strives to differentiate itself from the corporate model and we want to cultivate honest and compassionate relationships with our staff and clients. We are determined to change the narrative for employees and clients. We hope our hospital can be used as a model to inspire other colleagues.

Work Life

We are the first doctor-owned critical care specialty hospital focused on ICU care. We believe in 100% integrated patient care and with criticalists as our quarterbacks for each patient, we can focus on directed care, specified and focused testing, and better client communication to help clients understand potential risks and adversities. The goal is to reduce the chance of human error, and catch potential issues so we can adjust for the health of the patients. We are the only Bay Area critical care specialty hospital focused on the most critically ill patients. We want to support your passions, whether it be ventilation, ICU, emergency or bringing in new modalities such as extracorporeal therapies.

We seek to hire the most talented veterinarians and support staff and are committed to providing the tools that each member needs to be successful and inspired. We provide vacation time off, CE budgets to help sustain credentials and growth, and we are open to hearing what else you need to be successful.
